About Hardeep
Hardeep joined the Delta Wye team in May 2024, assuming the role of Junior Engineer with a keen desire for professional growth. He aspires to become a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) as his next career milestone and is driven by a profound passion for electrical engineering.
Graduating with distinction from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, Hardeep earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering (BEng. Electrical). His academic journey culminated in a standout final capstone project, wherein he showcased his adeptness in optimizing power distribution systems within commercial buildings for higher energy savings.
Hardeep brings a rich blend of work experiences, including drafting and designing power distribution systems for commercial buildings, conducting field pipe inspections, and designing mechanical and electronic systems.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Hardeep finds solace in meditation and stays active through engagements in volleyball and soccer. He also cherishes moments spent in nature, particularly by the water, reflecting on his journey in Canada since immigrating from India nine years ago.
Hardeep's commitment to continuous learning and growth is deeply rooted in his adherence to Sikh principles, instilling in him a strong sense of community service and selflessness. He aims to not only make meaningful contributions to Delta Wye Engineering but also to the broader landscape of industrial power systems, all while remaining steadfast in his dedication to his values.
