Competitive Salary

We offer competitive salaries and banked overtime hours at 1.5 times. It’s common for engineering companies to only offer overtime at straight time for engineers (or no overtime at all!). We recognize overtime should be rewarded fairly, even for engineers.

Our hiring process is as follows:

  1. Step 1: Fill out the application questionnaire.
  2. Step 2: Record and submit a video (instructions are shown after step 1 is completed). After completing these two steps, expect to hear back from us within 5 business days.
  3. Step 3: Shortlisted applicants will be invited to an initial interview, either virtual or in-person depending on the candidate location. The initial interview focus will be on values and culture fit.
  4. Step 4: A final interview to make sure the position is a great fit for the applicant and our team. If we haven't yet met in person, we'll usually include an in-person interview, travel costs covered.
