I consider you a subject matter expert. After working with you in Longview there is a trust factor. Nobody is perfect and when you have made a mistake you don’t tell me the 12 reasons why it's not really a mistake then finally correct the mistake or sometimes the mistake is never corrected and repeated again in the case of other Engineering Firms I have worked with in the past. You are always open to other ways of doing things/new ideas. You have the ability to think outside the box using common sense. Not many Engineers have that ability.
